Screen printed Patch - "Torch"
Gold Ink
Among all symbolic interpreatations of the human skull the representation of death and mortality are the most common.
The flicking of the flame in the usually dark and empty eyesockets evokes thoughts of passion and strenght. A new flame is lit. The fire symbolises rebirth, resurrection, hell and destruction.
Patch size appx.: 13,5 x 10 cm (5,3" x 3,9")
This patch is illustrated and screen printed by myself. Each patch is printed and cut individually by hand. I use waterproof ink and fabric from a local fabric store.
Important Info:
Washing: The patches are machine-washable at 40°C.
To avoid fraying use stiches that go around the edge. The Patch should also have enough room to be folded on the edges before sewing on, this will help avoid fraying as well.
